- Making letter writing easy

This module will automate many of the tasks involved with writing letters, therefore saving you a lot of time. You can create your own templates where data from the database is automatically merged.

Besides making it easier to produce the letters, a computerized system makes it easier to manage the documents, so documents do not get lost and are quickly recalled. This module has a built in word processor so it is not necessary to have other word processors installed such as Microsoft Word.

  • Creating/journalize/store/view/print documents related to patients.

  • No need for an additional word processor program.

  • Design your own templates or use the standard templates supplied.

  • Mail merge (print letters for a selected range of patients).

  • Sending the letter as a mail.

  • Sending Faxes from within the program (requires installation of a fax modem)
